Contact AnimeHub

Email is the official support channel for AnimeHub. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce the problem.

Helpful details to include

• your AnimeHub app version and Android version;
• your device model and the screen or feature affected;
• the approximate time of the issue and steps to reproduce it;
• a screenshot with private information removed, when useful;
• for billing, the Google Play order number if available—never full payment card details.

Never email a password, Google sign-in credential, purchase token, full card number, government ID, or other sensitive secret. AnimeHub support will not ask for your Google password.

Technical help

Before contacting support, update AnimeHub from Google Play, confirm your connection, fully close and reopen the app, and restart the device. If a page depends on AniList or another external service, temporary provider downtime may also affect results.

Be careful before clearing app data or uninstalling: the current watchlist, viewing and reading progress, favorites, and preferences are stored on the device and are not synchronized to your AnimeHub account. Clearing or removing the app can delete them.

Account deletion and privacy

You can delete your AnimeHub account from within the app. For security, Google may ask you to confirm your identity again. Deleting the server account removes associated community comments, ratings, likes, and reports; it does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions or remove local watchlist data from every device.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, email us from the address associated with the account. We may need to verify ownership. For other privacy requests, read the Privacy Policy and contact us atsupport@anime-hub.world.

AnimeHub Pro, cancellations, and refunds

Google Play processes AnimeHub Pro payments. You can view or cancel an active subscription fromGoogle Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting your AnimeHub account does not cancel the Play subscription.

Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Google Play and applicable law. ReviewGoogle Play’s refund guidance. If Pro access is missing after a successful payment, first use Restore Purchase in AnimeHub, then email us with the Play order number and time of purchase. Do not send a purchase token or payment-card details.

Community safety and reports

Use the in-app report control for a specific comment or community concern whenever possible; it preserves the context moderators need. You can also block another user locally in the app.

For an urgent safety concern, email us with a concise description and the affected anime or manga, comment, or account. Do not publicly repost harmful content to draw attention to it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

Copyright and rights concerns

AnimeHub does not host or stream anime episodes or distribute manga chapters. Anime and manga metadata and artwork may come from third-party sources, while community members remain responsible for content they post.

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative, email a clear identification of the protected work, the exact AnimeHub content or URL at issue, your contact details, the basis for your request, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate. We will review complete notices and take appropriate action; no fixed response or removal time is promised.
